Hello there! I am an experienced and licensed Remedial massage therapist based in Inner West Sydney. I have completed my Diploma in Remedial massage from TAFE Randwick, with a strong focus on expanding my skill set through elective classes in Sports, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, and Aromatherapy massage. My journey into massage therapy was driven by a personal experience with my grandmother, who found relief from stiff hips, knees, and feet through massage. Witnessing the transformative power of massage inspired me to pursue this career in this field. Approaching my work with a holistic mindset, my views each client as a whole, taking into consideration their emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. I understand that effective healing requires addressing all these aspects and strives to provide a personalised treatment plan for every individual. With countless hours spent honing my skills, I have mastered a wide range of massage techniques through various courses and workshops. This expertise enables me to assist clients suffering from acute injuries, aches and pains, as well as emotional distress, anxiety, and depression. I am proficient in Remedial, Sports, and Advanced Deep Tissue methods, as well as various forms of rehabilitation - ranging from dynamic mobilisation to gentle holds. I firmly believes in the value of an open-minded approach, tailoring each treatment journey to meet the unique needs and circumstances of my clients. When providing a massage therapy services, I focus on soothing muscles, relieving muscular tension, healing soreness, and eliminating stress.
